A data analyst estimates that cleaning and preparing a specific dataset for a machine learning model takes 12 hours of work. If the analyst is tasked with preparing two separate but identical datasets for two independent models, the total time allocated should still be 12 hours because the process for the second dataset will be much faster after doing it once.
