License and Intellectual Property Rights

    • Content that promotes or engages in aggressive assaults, racism, intolerance, hate speech, or corporal harm of any kind against any society or person.

    • Deliberately propagating false or unlawful information, or copying and redistributing copyrighted materials without obtaining permission from the copyright holder.
    • Submitting cracked software, pirated soundtracks, pieces of music, photos, or any other type of password-protected and restricted content.
  • Content that relates to illegal actions, including but not limited to:
    • Cybercrimes and computer-oriented crimes, such as hacking, copyright infringement, unwarranted mass-surveillance, sextortion, child pornography and child grooming, illegal weapon and drug trafficking, computer viruses/malwares, cyberbullying and harassment, financial extortion, internet bomb threats, classified global security data theft, password trafficking, enterprise trade secret theft, personal data hacking, counterfeit trademarks, credit card theft and fraud, email phishing, and domain name hijacking.
  • Content that promotes commercial or financial benefit, or advertisements, unless you have obtained written permission from 1Cademy.
  • Unauthorized posting of others' personal information, such as pictures, voice recordings, or videos.
  • Posting content that is protected by copyright, privacy rights, or patents.

1Cademy reserves the right to delete or restrict access to any user content that violates these terms, and to deactivate or ban accounts that persistently violate these terms.

1Cademy is committed to providing a safe and secure platform for its users. In order to ensure this, certain actions are strictly prohibited on 1Cademy. Any user engaging in these activities will have their account suspended or terminated, and may face legal consequences.

The following is a comprehensive list of forbidden operations on 1Cademy:

  • Any kind of advertisement or promotion of products or services without obtaining prior permission from 1Cademy. This includes promoting products or services for personal gain or on behalf of third parties.
  • Any attempt to bypass or alter 1Cademy security technologies, including manipulating or altering any part of the code or security technologies.
  • Any form of cybercrime or sabotage, such as the use of viruses, malware, bots, worms, or any other computer programs that crash, damage, or restrict the operation of computer software or hardware, or that facilitate unwanted access to technology.
  • Copying, bulk downloading, republishing, transferring, or creating derivative works based on 1Cademy content and services.
  • Altering functionalities, such as advertisements or voting/commenting features, by modifying HTML/CSS codes or any other means.
  • The use of automated tools or bots, which are not provided by 1Cademy, to submit or receive 1Cademy content.
  • Attempts to put excessive load on 1Cademy servers or technologies, causing interruptions to 1Cademy services and network functionality.
  • The use of inappropriate images, photos, avatars, or profile pictures that contain advertisements, illegal content, taboo subjects, sexual content, propaganda, hate speech, or anything else deemed unacceptable according to 1Cademy's terms of use.
  • Submitting disruptive or irrelevant content, such as casting random votes, submitting multiple identical or similar contents, using language or symbols that are difficult for the majority of users to understand, posting threads for no reason, submitting large blank contents, plain images or tables with no content, using a writing style that is difficult to read (such as all caps, no space, unusual use of punctuation, acronyms, or symbols), or using alternate capital letters.

1Cademy may communicate with you through email, using the email address provided during your account registration. It is your responsibility to keep this email active and accessible. Please be aware that 1Cademy, its affiliates, and employees will never request sensitive information such as your login credentials, payment information (e.g. credit card details), or any other confidential information through email or text messages. If you receive any suspicious email or text message that appears to be from 1Cademy, do not respond and immediately inform us for further investigation. 1Cademy cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise from you revealing your sensitive information to third parties posing as 1Cademy.

Termination of 1Cademy Account

You have the option to terminate your 1Cademy account and subscriptions at any time. However, to be eligible for account termination, you must have fulfilled all of your obligations, such as paying any outstanding fees or subscriptions. Financial Transactions and Payments on 1Cademy

To participate in financial transactions on 1Cademy, you will be required to provide a valid payment method. This may include but is not limited to credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other authorized online payment service providers. In some cases, and in accordance with 1Cademy's policies and applicable laws and regulations, you may also be able to use cryptocurrency payment methods such as Bitcoin.

As part of the payment verification process, 1Cademy may run a pending charge. This is not a confirmed charge, and you will not be charged. This verification may be initiated when you edit or modify your payment information, or if there is a problem with your payment. Please note that some financial transactions on 1Cademy, such as buying products or services or earning money from 1Cademy, may be subject to governmental taxes. If additional fees or taxes apply to your transaction, you will be informed in advance.

At 1Cademy, we are dedicated to adhering to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by acknowledging any reports of alleged violation. However, we also recognize that not every takedown notification is legitimate. If any third parties or license holders believe that their content has been submitted on 1Cademy without their consent, they can request its deletion under the provisions of the DMCA. Additionally, they may raise their concerns directly on the relevant forum or proposal node on 1Cademy, enabling the contributors to respond in a more time-efficient manner.

All requests must be submitted through the contact information provided at the end of this document. To submit a request, your request must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • A complete description of the copyrighted material that is claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the work that is claimed to have been infringed or to be the subject of infringing activity;
  • Your contact information including an address, telephone number, and email;
  • A declaration that the claimed content is not legitimate as per the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement that the information in the request is valid and that, under penalty of perjury, you hold an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you wish to submit a counter-notification, you must provide the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • A description of the node (including the title/ID) that has been deleted or to which access has been disabled;
  • A declaration under penalty of perjury that you strongly believe that the node was removed or disabled due to a misunderstanding or misidentification of the material;
  • Your name/username, address, and telephone number, and a declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you reside, or for any judicial district outside of the U.S in which 1Cademy may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who reported the alleged infringement or their agent.
