ADA section II standards for juvenile justice residential centers
Juvenile justice residential facilities must ensure a person with disabilities is not punished by being placed in a restrictive environment (solitary confinement) because of their disability. They also cannot be placed in such environment without reasonable modifications, unless the facility can prove it significantly alters the structure of it.
