      • Associated with anticholinergic-related cognitive adverse affects
  • Medical conditions may be worsened
    • Including: Urinary dysfunction, constipation, and dementia
  • Potentially inappropriate to use in older adults
    • Especially for those who are vulnerable or have diagnosed dementia
