Applied relaxation

Applied relaxation is a therapy method used for general anxiety disorder and it consists of teaching the patient to notice the early symptoms of anxiety and to respond to it in a different way than they usually do, mostly in a relaxed way. This prevents the anxiety cycle from strengthening.
