Colby College

Examines the severity of COVID-19 related fears among Israeli university students. Found that female students were more fearful of COVID-19 on average than male students, and that medical students were less fearful than social work students (no other significant difference was found between majors, although only students studying for front-line service professions were included in sample). No significant difference was found between students who identified with different religions. Self-reported depression, exhaustion, loneliness, nervousness and anger also corresponded with more fear.
