  • Scenario 1: All imported cases were primary cases, and all secondary cases were infected by primary cases in the same cluster of cases.

  • Scenario 2: All imported cases were primary cases, and all secondary cases were infected by primary cases in the same cluster of cases. In addition, local primary cases might have been infected by earlier cases in other case clusters.

  • Scenario 3: All imported cases were primary cases, and all secondary cases were infected by primary cases in the same cluster of cases. In addition, local primary cases might have been infected by earlier cases in other case clusters and any imported secondary cases were considered secondary cases rather than primary cases.
