A Shanghai resident visited her business partner in Germany on January 20 and 21, 2020. The Chinese partner (Index Patient) did not have any symptoms at time of visit, but developed symptoms on her return flight. On January 24, the German partner (Patient 1) became ill. Both partners subsequently tested positive for 2019-nCoV. On January 28, three additional employees (Patients 2-4) in Munich tested positive.
