A mental trail in Tibetan Buddhism that everyone faces after death to decide whether people enter Nirvana or Samsara.

During Bardo, people will perceive various sounds, colors and lights. Those stimuluses are feeble in the beginning but become too overwhelming to stand for most of people. Then those people fail to reach nirvana. However, those who reached their deity nature are not terrified by those because they know and understand these sounds, colors and lights are the natural display of themselves. They are not bewildered and their memories can be preserved.
