- In regards to the intervention itself: a proper evaluation must be in a state of "full fidelity," that is, in an appropriate setting with the appropriate level of strength and integrity.

- After all, Telemedicine interventions vary by application, configuration, transmission, and manpower mix (physicians, nurses, etc), as well as organization and protocols.

- All of the above have implications that affect which hypothesis' can or cannot be accepted/proven based on what is observed.

Which denotes the implementation of the service, its "learning curve," the timing of the adoption process, and the technology, staff, and patients needed to achieve the greatest results.
