Concept

Neurofeedback Efficacy for Anxiety and PTSD

Through electroencephalogram (EEG) sensors projecting brain activity, neurofeedback allows patients suffering from mental health conditions, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), to consciously generate brain patterns associated with a more peaceful state of mind. This process has proven efficient in retraining the brain into productive, optimized thinking patterns that lessen anxiety symptoms.
