Second, the history of transactions on the ledger can never be tampered with. Lastly, the flow of assets is unrestricted, allowing, users to transact with anyone at any time on the chain.

Smart contracts can determine the terms and conditions of all transactions on the chain. The chain can also use data from users to validate transactions. This helps lower transaction fees and helps prevent fraud. Lastly, the project will operate on a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) to help with stability and mutability.

A way for governments to gain an element of control over cryptocurrency transactions. It holds everyone accountable. Regulation is often needed or desired as financial systems scale.
