An Increased Rate of Finding Suitable Workers (m) Shifts the Reservation Wage Curve Down

If a firm's ability to find suitable job candidates (mm) improves while the quit rate (qq) stays the same, it can sustain a larger workforce at any given wage. This causes the reservation wage curve to shift downwards. The underlying reason is that the company can more quickly find workers who are willing to accept the offered wage.
