Cinema Ticket Price Increase Pivots Zoë's Budget Constraint

A rise in the price of cinema tickets from £10 to £15 causes Zoë's budget constraint to pivot inward. The pivot occurs at the vertical intercept (0, 15), as the price of nights out and her total budget are unchanged. The higher ticket price reduces her maximum purchasing power for that good, shifting the horizontal intercept from (24, 0), where she could buy 24 tickets, to (16, 0), where she can only buy 16.
