Operation Barga's Effect on Farmer Motivation and Output in the Hypothetical Model

In the hypothetical model, Operation Barga's reform is simulated by increasing the farmers' crop share to 75%. This increased share provides a direct incentive for the farmers to increase their effort. The model assumes this leads them to work three-quarters as hard as the landowner, resulting in each farmer producing 0.75 units of output, such as 750 kg of grain.
