Classical Conditioning Spontaneous Recovery Graph

In a classical conditioning graph, Spontaneous Recovery occurs after a pause following the first extinction. The line begins midway up the y-axis, indicating a recovered strength of the Conditioned Response (CR). As the Conditioned Stimulus (CS) is presented alone again, the line drops sharply to the bottom, indicating a second, rapid extinction phase.
