Classical Conditioning's Conditioned Stimulus in Relational Frame Theory
Language transitions from a neutral stimulus into a conditioned stimulus where suddenly, the word snake will elicit fear. For instance, people may get scared if they hear there is a snake behind them, without even perceiving the snake through their senses.
