Stop codons are also referred to nonsense codons. These codons are end protein synthesis.

Codons

Reverse Transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR) uses reverse transcriptase to make DNA copies from mRNA. mRNA makes cDNA transcripts that are then amplified in PCR to amplify DNA.
