Comparison of Spatial Representations in Children and Older Adults

Research has found similarities in the spatial representations of young children (aged 6–7) and older adults (over the age of 80). These similarities are attributed to different neurological states at each stage of life: immature neurology in young children and neurodegeneration in older adults.
