Completeness of Consumer Preferences

The completeness axiom of consumer preference states that a consumer is always able to compare and rank any two bundles of goods. Given bundle A and bundle B, the consumer either strictly prefers A to B, strictly prefers B to A, or is indifferent between the two. This ensures there are no pairs of bundles that the consumer cannot compare.
