Compliance Checklist for Bundled Service Tiers

Each tier must describe a genuine service that the business can actually deliver. The scope, exclusions, and promised customer result should be written so the package could stand on its own as a complete offering. If a tier includes work that depends on a permit, inspection, or other outside approval, the customer must be told about the added cost and the expected timeline. Before a tier is published, review it for licensing, code, and insurance fit, since higher-priced packages may include tasks that fall outside the provider's approved coverage.
