Contextual Value of Economic Items

Manure is a byproduct of livestock farming. For the farmer who produces it, it can be a waste product they must pay to have removed. For a commercial gardener, it can be a valuable fertilizer they are willing to purchase. Explain how the same physical item can be classified as both an economic 'bad' and an economic 'good'.
