INTRODUCTION (1) Include Research Questions (RQ) (2) Our paper's potential contributions: Our main contributions are that we identified empirical phenomena, the ways in which COVID-19 researchers creatively working -(i.e.) the use of social media, preprint servers, etc.- to move research forward and challenges they have been facing along the way. We also identified how technology service providers in scientific publication arena -(i.e.) preprint servers- have seen the surge in submitted papers since the pandemic, and how they stepped up to the plate to screen out "bad sciences." Our insights should pave the way for galvanizing research-supporting stakeholders into actions and creative solutions to accelerate and assist the COVID-19 research.
