Recommendations based on results from the prevention plan of the cancer center of Remnin Hospital of Wuhan University :

• Use buffer wards as a second round of screening to prevent COVID-19 spread
• Have multiple different buffer wards based on symptoms
• Once a case is detected, the patient should be transferred to another hospital and the close contacts should go to a separate ward to be screened and isolated for 14 days.
