The authors suggest the need of a workflow that helps owners to keep track of design files, and supports designers to iterate on designs.

The large number of workers makes it hard to target the worker of a specific microtask. These characteristics make microtask crowdsourcing a less effective workflow because interface design requires iterations. Additionally, it is important for interface design to keep source files that indicate design elements, parameters, etc. because without proper documentation, design iteration is impossible.
