Short Answer

Designing a Coordination Problem

Construct a 2x2 payoff matrix for a game with two players, each having two strategies. Your matrix must feature two distinct Nash equilibria. Additionally, one of these Nash equilibria must be Pareto-inferior to the other. Clearly label the players, strategies, and payoffs. After creating the matrix, identify both Nash equilibria and explain why one is Pareto-inferior.
