Cell death of hepatocytes represent the clinical effects of Yellow Fever. The Aedes species of mosquitoes is the vector for this disease.

Clinical manifestations of Yellow Fever in pregnant women include fever, headache, joint pain, vomiting, hepatic dysfunction, renal failure, coagulopathy and shock.
