  • Outcome of OCW: Created document → Learning knowledge and skills
  • Learning between cowriters: Low → High
  • Nature of OCW process: Coordination of group members → Collaboration between group members
  • Intensity of interaction: Low → High
  • Values and commitment: Formal commitment → Intrinsic motivation
