Environmental Equity
Environmental equity refers to the equal distribution of environmental risks and resources across all populations. This concept encompasses both equal protection from environmental hazards, such as pollution, and equitable access to beneficial environmental contexts, such as well-maintained buildings, neighborhoods, and school gardens.
