Ethereum Transaction Propagation

Transaction propagation is the second stage of the Ethereum transaction lifecycle, following transaction creation. Once a transaction is signed, it is broadcast across the Ethereum peer-to-peer network so that nodes receive and relay it to their peers. Each receiving node adds the transaction to its mempool, the local list of pending (unconfirmed) transactions, where it awaits selection by a validator for inclusion in a block.
