Evaluating Claims about Annual Free Time

Two colleagues are discussing their work-life balance. Alex works 40 hours per week and takes 4 weeks of unpaid vacation per year. Jordan works 35 hours per week but works all 52 weeks of the year. Jordan claims to have substantially more free time annually than Alex because their weekly work hours are lower. Evaluate Jordan's claim. Your evaluation must include the calculated annual free time for both individuals and a reasoned judgment on whether the difference can be considered 'substantial'. Assume a standard year has 8,760 hours and a work year consists of 52 weeks.
