Evaluating Job Desirability

A company manager states, 'As long as we pay our employees a wage that results in a positive net utility per hour, we are providing a fair and desirable job.' Critically evaluate this statement. In your response, explain the components of the net utility calculation and discuss at least two other factors not captured by this simple calculation that an individual might consider when evaluating a job offer.
