Evaluating Ownership of a Software License

A software developer sells a license for their photo-editing program. The license allows a user to install and use the program on their personal computer for an indefinite period. However, the terms of the license explicitly forbid the user from selling, lending, or otherwise transferring the license to another person. Based on the three fundamental rights of ownership, evaluate the extent to which the user 'owns' this software license as private property. Justify your conclusion by analyzing which rights are present and which are absent or limited.
