Evaluating Project Outcomes

An outcome is considered to dominate another if it results in an improvement in at least one metric without causing a decrease in the other. Based on this principle, analyze the four outcomes presented in the case study. Identify all pairs where one outcome dominates another and explain your reasoning for each identified pair.
