Enforceable Bicycle Purchase Contract

An agreement to purchase a bicycle serves as a clear example of an enforceable contract. The terms are specific and verifiable: one party provides payment, and the other provides a bicycle. If the supplier accepts the money but fails to deliver the product, this breach of contract is easily proven in court, which can then enforce a remedy, such as the return of the buyer's money.
