Example of a Sequence of Predicted Future Values

A sequence of predicted future values is often denoted using a hat symbol over the variable and an indexed subscript. For example, the terms y^i+4\hat{y}_{i+4} and y^i+5\hat{y}_{i+5} represent the predicted values for the 4th and 5th future time steps, respectively, relative to the current time step ii. This notation is common in time-series forecasting and sequence generation tasks.
