Exercise and Concussions: Conclusion
Administering aerobic exercise 14–25 days period post-concussion are tentatively favorable. It may improve symptoms of depression, as well as executive function and balance issues in concussed individuals. Aerobic exercise does not appear to negatively impact recovery in any symptom.
