Factors Hindering Team Effectiveness

The effectiveness of a team can be undermined by several factors. These include social loafing, where some members do not contribute their fair share, as well as inefficiencies arising from poor communication. Additionally, conformity effects can lead to flawed decision-making, and internal conflicts can disrupt group cohesion and progress.
