 ISI is a 7-item questionnaire in which participants rated their perceived severity of sleep disruption on a 5-point Likert Scale.


Insomnia Severity Context (ISI)

PSQI is a 19-item self-rated questionnaire that assesses sleep quality over a one month time interval and generates scores on seven components ranging from 0 to 3. Higher scores ranging from (0-21) reflects poor sleep quality. 


Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)

ESS is an 8-item questionnaire that is rated on a four point scale ranging from 0 to 3. This measures subjective daytime sleepiness in adults in a range of situations. It is a very popular measure for sleepiness.

Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS)

Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS)

Daily Sleep Log was completed by participants upon awakening in the morning. This is used to record any sleep-wake pattern. Sleep parameters derived from the sleep logs include total sleep time (TST), sleep onset latency (SOL), wake after sleep onset (WASO), number of awakenings (NWAK), and sleep efficiency (SE).
