In a 2022 published study of Fibromyalgia and its symptoms, it was found that dyscognition is predictive of pain and fatigue. This study employed a pain inventory, fatigue inventory, and dyscognition questionnaire. It should be noted that all participants in this study were women.

Fibromyalgia, often shortened to FM, is a fairly common disability/ disorder characterized by chronic pain that can be body-wide or area specific, chronic fatigue, and dycognition.
