This preparatory module guides fictional adult supervisors in evaluating service-desk operational changes under strict staffing, cost, and data privacy constraints. Learners analyze the limitations of empirical data concerning option effects, learning to treat potential benefits as hypotheses rather than measured facts. Through this review, supervisors develop the skills to articulate defensible, evidence-based recommendations that account for uncertainty and specify verification checks.
