- P1 isolate was closely related to European isolates. P2-1 and P2-2 traveled 
   on the same cruise as P1 and both isolates were identical to the P1 isolate. 
- P3-1 and P3-2 also visited Egypt and were aboard the same flight to Cairo 
   as P1. Despite traveling on a different cruise both P3-1 and P3-2 eventually 
   displayed symptoms and were confirmed positive. 
- Both genome sequences associated with the P3-1 and P3-2 isolates 
   were distinct from the P1, P2-1 and P2-2 cluster, but only differed by a 
   single SNV.  
- Individuals P4-1 – P4-4 visited Cairo days after the previously mentioned 
   clusters, but tested positive with a distinct haplotype. 
- P4-5 – P4-8 had no history of contact with the aforementioned groups but 
   were fairly similar in haplotype. P4-5 is a coworker of both P4-6 and P4-7. 
   Moreover, P4-8 is the mother of P4-5, which suggests that P4-5 is the 
   original source. 
- P5-1 was the only individual in his cluster that traveled to Egypt, but upon 
   returning subsequently infected his daughter (P5-2) and sister (P5-3).
