Fractional Resolution Reduction via Stride

Using a stride greater than 11 is an effective technique for downsampling an input. Specifically, applying a stride of nn (where n>1n > 1) reduces the spatial resolution of the output, shrinking both the height and the width of the resulting feature map to approximately 1/n1/n of the original input's dimensions.
