Stress on memory and it’s effects is dependent on time of exposure to the distressing stimulus. Memory could be better or worse.

- Reception

Stress can cause pathophysiologic changes. Such as changes in the brain that can manifest into behavioral, mood, and cognitive disorders.

Stress, both acute and chronic, have detrimental effects on the cardiovascular system.

Simple psychological interventions can enhance and improve gratitude and can be effective in clinical settings.

It is an attitude and coping response. It elicits a positive emotional reaction and benefits one’s overall wellbeing.
