Greater Employee Satisfaction

It is evident that worker satisfaction is a very critical factor to many companies as this one factor can lead towards progress or regress. If an employee does not have incentives to work towards they will not fulfill their objectives. Because of this managers should aim to empower them through incentives such as promotion opportunities, monetary and non-monetary rewards, or disincentives in case of inefficient employees.
