How can Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Benefit College Students?

College Students often struggle with stress as a result of academic pressure, mental health, and a number of other symptoms/situations. One method of treating such symptoms amongst college students is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which aims to reduce stress amongst participants through improvement of different processes of change, which can improve coping methods in the face of different stressors.
