Studies show that students coming from a low income household are unable to access the necessary online learning resources, which causes them to fall behind in an academic perspective. Lower income households are more likely to own a mobile device than a personal computer, and therefore have more limitations in terms of data storage as well as accessing assignments or online activities effectively.
