Sequence Ordering

In an industrial manufacturing facility, a quality control technician is setting up an automated sorting system. A part is flagged for review if its diameter dd (in millimeters) is either too small or too large, represented by the compound inequality: d<45d < 45 or d>55d > 55.

To explain to a new operator how the system evaluates whether a part falls into the review category (which represents the union of these two inequalities), arrange the steps of the logical evaluation process in the correct order from start to finish.
