Three classes of integrity checks validate the reproducibility bundle before release: (i) path resolution, confirming that every artifact path referenced by traceability entries exists, (ii) manuscript-label synchronization, confirming that LaTeX labels referenced in prose match those produced by the rendered tables, and (iii) name alignment, confirming that system names and registry rows match across the prose, registry, and run files.
