Interpreting Financial Profiles

Two households have the same total value of assets. Household A's assets consist almost entirely of the value of their primary home. Household B's assets are a diverse mix of financial instruments like stocks and bonds, in addition to their home. Explain why Household B might be considered to have greater financial flexibility than Household A, despite having the same total asset value.
